- Orders placed prior to 3:00 PM EST will ship the same day.

- For items that are temporarily out of stock, we backorder those items and ship them when they are available. Your email confirmation of shipment will include the tracking number(s).
- With 30 days of purchase, you may return unused (unopened) or defective merchandise by calling for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization)
PandMdoors.com offers free shipping on all Continental U.S. orders that total over $100.
- All orders that ship for free use UPS ground services within the Continental U.S. (includes Alaska).
Shipping charges for orders less than the free shipping minimum will be calculated at checkout.
- You can select other UPS options including next day, 2-day and 3-day services. Charges for those delivery services will be added to your order and calculated at checkout.
- All shipments include carrier insurance to guarantee satisfactory delivery.
- For Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico - your order can ship by available services from UPS. Charges will be added to your order. Overseas orders ship by UPS International and charges will be added to your order.
- Please note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. Product weights can be found in the product details.
- When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

- We do require full payment in advance, and fulfillment and delivery on special orders is based on normal factory lead time which varies based on the product. We try our best to provide you with the quickest delivery time available.
- No cancellations or returns can be accepted on special order merchandise so please carefully select special order merchandise. Don't hesistate to call us toll-free at 855-249-1717 for ordering assistance.
- If there is a defect or error by a factory, we will accept it for credit or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion.
A 30% restocking fee will be applied for items that were ordered in error (item no longer wanted, incorrect size was ordered, incorrect finish was selected, incorrect handing was selected, etc.).
- We strongly suggest you double-check your installation measurements and specs before ordering. Then you should review each item carefully to confirm all options selected are correct for your application before adding it to your cart.

- If we sent you the wrong item or the item is defective, those items are accepted for return within 30 days of order date if it is in its original packaging, new condition, and has NOT been used or installed.
- If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- Electrical products may NOT be returned if power has been applied.
- Some items, such as keying supplies and tools are not returnable, and this will be noted when you are making your purchase.
- Special orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Please contact us to request an RMA number BEFORE returning any product! Packages that arrive without an RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the carton may be refused and returned to you unopened.
- It is strongly recommended that you declare value when returning material to us that is worth more than $100 as most carriers will not cover losses over that amount without additional insurance.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

- Due to frequent manufacturer price adjustments including metal and other material cost fluctuations, pricing is guaranteed only at the time an order is placed.
- Backorders on stock merchandise will be filled at the original price billed.
- All claims for shortage or hidden damage must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. If a package arrives in an obviously distressed condition, you may refuse the shipment or sign for the package as damaged. The carrier will be required to cover any merchandise loss incurred.
- If you refuse a shipment due to damage in transit, please contact us and we will duplicate your order if possible, If there is hidden damage, please contact our customer service department with the damaged material present and the packing slip in your possession.
- Orders shipped to New York State are subject to local sales tax.
- If you are ordering for an exempt organization or for resale, please contact us directly prior to making your online purchase. Exempt or resale certificates must be faxed to us to 631-842-5142.
